The Artist Statement
Knowingly or not, we all seek unity. We all seek God, thinking it is out there; a missing part that we yet need to find. As an artist, my intent is to use and nurture my gifts of tapping into the invisible world of spirit bringing universal truths for others to observe, sense, contemplate on and use as a fuel for personal growth, health, wealth and overall prosperity.
My work explores the connection between spiritual world and human experience in this lifetime, metaphorically explaining the connection of all that exists. My approach is slow and feminine, ethereal, with a sprinkle of mystical and a dash of abstract. The moments that I pause in time are of delicate style and sensibility, a kind that make my work distinctive, relatable and inspiring. Magic is my way of life.
Based in Croatia, I am best known for my exquisite yet recognizable sensibility in creating images that captivate the eye and words that speak to the hearts and souls of those embarking on a journey of following the heart.
About the Artist
Marina Cosic is a multidisciplinary artist, translating spiritual realms through photography, writing and painting into palpable forms that touch the senses. Due to her sensibility she is able to fine tune into the nature of everything bridging the visible and the invisible. Through comprehensible and relatable metaphors Marina shares the universal truths through her images and words, bringing out the stories we each carry within, the stories we all seek to acknowledge and express. Her inspiration comes from nature, cycles of life, endless Love of God as well as the intense beauty of Life itself.
Marina is a self-taught photographer, painter and writer. She runs a photography and coaching business helping creatives make a living by doing what they love and stepping out authentically through their work. She emphasizes the importance of tuning in and finding and leading your own authentic way, in life and in business.
Marina is available worldwide for custom interior design projects, gallery representations and other projects.
