5.1 Prints and Paintings

We offer high-quality fine art photography prints and original paintings. All prints are:

- Printed on museum quality rag paper Hahnmühle 308g/m2

- Available in three sizes: 30x40cm, 50x70cm, and 70x100cm

- Unframed

- Limited edition (quantity available is specified for each product)

- Shipped within Europe (international shipping available upon request)

- Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity

 

As the available quantity of limited edition prints decreases, prices may increase for certain prints. Original paintings are one-of-a-kind pieces.

 

5.2 Production and Shipping

Prints are produced after purchase and may take up to 14 days to be shipped. All prints are handled with white gloves, carefully packed, and sent via carrier. Packages should be handled with care upon delivery.

 

5.3 Digital Products

Digital products are delivered as downloadable files via email. Once purchased, they can be downloaded via the link provided in the email. By purchasing digital products, you agree to the following terms:

 

- **License**: You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the digital product for personal use only.

- **Copyright**: All digital products remain the intellectual property of The Art of Life d.o.o. and Marina Ćosić Trbara. You may not redistribute, share, resell, or transfer the digital products to any third party.

- **Storage and Backup**: You are responsible for downloading and saving your digital products immediately after purchase and creating backups. Products may be removed from our system without prior notice, and we are not obligated to provide replacement copies.

- **No Refunds**: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been provided, regardless of whether you have downloaded the product.

- **Technical Requirements**: We are not responsible for compatibility issues with your devices or software. Please ensure your system meets the requirements for viewing or using the digital products.

- **Modifications**: You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on our digital products without written permission.

 

5.4 Brand Photography Services

We offer professional brand photography services that are only available through direct booking. For these services:

 

- Bookings must be made via email at hello@marinacosic.com

- Terms, pricing, and deliverables will be agreed upon individually with each client

- A separate service agreement will be provided outlining the specific details of the photography services

- Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in the service agreement

- Copyrights to photographs remain with The Art of Life d.o.o. unless otherwise specified in the service agreement

- Usage rights will be detailed in the service agreement

 

5.5 Coaching and Consultation Services

Our coaching and consultation services are personalized offerings that require direct booking. For these services:

- Services, pricing, session duration, and number of sessions will be agreed upon individually

- Cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking

- These services are provided as guidance only and results cannot be guaranteed

- We are not providing medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice

- Clients are solely responsible for decisions made based on coaching or consultation

- Client confidentiality will be maintained in accordance with our Privacy Policy

 

5.6 Online Education

We offer online education through seminars, teachings, and live meetings. For these services:

 

- Registration methods and requirements will be specified for each offering

- Participation links will be provided to registered participants only

- Recording of sessions by participants is prohibited without explicit permission

- Materials provided are for personal use only and cannot be shared, distributed, or resold

- We are not responsible for technical issues on the participant's end

 

6. Pricing and Payment

 

6.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on the Website for prints include:

- Artist's fee and creative intellectual property

- Premium quality printing costs

- High-quality Hahnmühle 308g/m2 museum paper

- Professional handling and protective packaging

- Certificate of authenticity for each print

- Limited edition exclusivity value

- Business operational costs

 

Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout. Prices for limited edition prints may increase as inventory decreases as the available quantity becomes more limited.

 

For all other services, including coaching, consultations, brand photography, online education, and live meditations, pricing is not displayed on the Website and must be requested via email at hello@marinacosic.com. Pricing for these services will be provided individually based on specific client needs and project requirements.

 

6.2 Payment Terms

All purchases require a one-time payment unless otherwise specified. Payments are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

 

6.3 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or identification of fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund for the canceled order.

 

7. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

 

We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations. Once payment has been made, orders cannot be canceled as production begins immediately. For any issues, information, or complaints, please contact business@marinacosic.com.

 

8. Shipping

 

Physical products are shipped with DPD across Europe. For international shipping outside Europe, please contact us for details and price calculation.

 

9. Limited Liability
