I am writing this for myself as much as I am for you, the reader. I write it for myself because I need an anchor, a reminder, a solid trace of my creative efforts. With so much of my work being on my computer - photos and writings - and intangible to my own eyes - this gives me something palpable. Something like telling an idea to your partner, or sharing your concerns with your friend or coach. I want these to be both a guide and a companion, to give me a reminder of my own creativity.
I am writing this for you as well, my dear readers, to give you a glimpse into the messy world of a creator, an artist, who also happens to be a wife and a mother, finding her way through an endless spiral that oftentimes feels like a labyrinth - a life of creation.
My hope is that these will serve as a subtle reminder of the behind the scenes that doesn’t get shown. Even if we show the #bts on social media, it often looks more like a polished performance, a must-follow trend, rather than showing what is really going on in the background, the messy and the unknown. Is it even possible to show it all? For heaven’s sake no, it is not and it should not be, even if it could. Where would the beauty of discovering the Self be if not in the unknown?

I am creating a digital magazine
There is no one way to do your thing, to run your business or to do marketing. Finding your unique voice, your very own authentic and true approach and paving the path of your creative work and business is truly a lifelong journey of discovering, building and following, spiralling, and rediscovering.
Very often I feel scattered all over the platforms, and even though I am only using Instagram (not really consistently), I do have a Facebook account, LinkedIn profile, YouTube channel, this website with a blog, a newsletter (currently hibernating), Threads account and I even think I opened a Substack account even though I never posted. It is way too much for me to handle while trying to figure out what I am even going for. For years it has been a struggle - a loop of overthinking, analysis paralysis, trying out and backing down, thinking there must be another way.
The idea behind this magazine is to bring all the platforms into one place: long and short form writing, art photography and client work; creativity and wisdom.
I need a place of focus, stability and grounding for this fragmented mind of mine and once again, a tangible form of the things I make.
The magazine is currently in the making and should be out by the end of January or beginning of February. It will be a collection of writing, photography, art, food, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and intimate thoughts and observations.
I am excited about it and gently guiding myself through new decisions.
