Mjesečno okupljanje za žene koje vode, stvaraju i mijenjaju Istru

Grimalda Sessions je prostor koji stvaram za žene u Istri koje grade nešto smisleno i vrijedno - bilo da se radi o poslu, kreativnoj praksi ili jednostavno istinitom i kvalitetnom životu. 

Svaki mjesec okupljat ćemo se kako bismo istražile što znači voditi (i živjeti) iznutra prema van, stvarati s namjerom i istovremeno prihvatiti ljepotu i izazove rada koji je donosi promjenu. Grimalda sessions je nešto između networking događaja i predavanja - mjesto gdje kreativne, motivirane žene mogu dovoljno usporiti kako bi jasno razmislile o tome što zapravo gradimo i zašto. 

Dva sata. Dobar razgovor. Prava povezanost.

Naučene smo da uspjeh znači postignuće, vidljivost, novac, status - zemaljske mjere koje svi mogu vidjeti. Ali što ako to nije cijela slika? Ovo druženje nas poziva da preispitamo što uspjeh zaista znači i tko ga definira za nas. Zašto jurimo za onim što nam je rečeno da jurimo? Što leži ispod te želje za više? I što bi značilo redefinirati uspjeh prema vlastitim mjerilima - ne odbacujući zemaljska postignuća, ali ne čineći ih mjerilom vlastite vrijednosti? Istražit ćemo kako pravi uspjeh može izgledati kada dolazi iznutra prema van, kada je ukorijenjen u usklađenosti umjesto u odobravanju. Ova tema predivno nastavlja naše travanjsko druženje o vrijednosti i vrijednosti - tko si i što nosiš. Razgovor, refleksija, iskrenost. Ovo je o preuzimanju vlastite definicije. Kao i svaki put u Grimaldi.

Postavimo si pitanja koja oblikuju način na koji radimo i živimo.

VAŽNO: Poznavanje engleskog jezika je obavezeno. U slučaju prijavljenih stranaca koji ne pričaju hrvatski predavanje i diskusija će se održati na engleskom jeziku.

A monthly gathering for women who lead, create, and make change in Istria

Grimalda Sessions is a space I'm creating for women in Istria who are building something meaningful - whether that's a business, a creative practice, or simply a life that feels true.
Each month, we'll gather to explore what it means to lead from the inside out, to create with intention, and to hold both the beauty and challenge of doing work that matters. It's something between a networking event and a lecture - a place where creative, driven women can slow down enough to think clearly about what we're actually building and why.

Two hours. Good conversation. Real connection.

We have been taught that success means achievement, visibility, money, status - the earthly measures everyone can see. But what if that is not the whole picture? This gathering invites us to question what success actually means and who gets to define it for us. Why do we chase what we have been told to chase? What lies underneath the drive for more? And what would it mean to redefine success on our own terms - not rejecting earthly achievement, but not making it the measure of our worth either? We will explore what true success might look like when it comes from the inside out, when it is rooted in alignment rather than approval. This topic beautifully continues our April gathering about value and worth - who you are and what you bring. It is conversational, reflective, honest. This is about reclaiming your own definition. Like every time in Grimalda.
